PDST: Post Primary Literacy Clusters 2019-2020

A two-hour session for post-primary teachers and school leaders interested in supporting the development of literacy, hosted in your local Education Centre from Spring 2020.

This cluster will:

  • support communities of practice to share their experiences and exchange ideas
  • aim to develop the leadership capacity of link teachers as they work within the context of a dynamic, progressive and collaborative group of professionals committed to improving students’ learning in literacy
  • focus on writing effective targets and actions for improving literacy for students
  • engage in review and evaluation by reflecting on Looking at Our School 2016 and the School Self Evaluation Guidelines 2016-2020
