This 2 hour workshop will explore the Dance strand of the PE Curriculum with a particular focus on Folk Dance. Participants will explore a variety of folk dances suitable for all age groups. Participants will also\u00a0identify how to embed the development of fundamental movement skills into the Dance strand using the\u00a0Move Well, Move Often resource. This practical workshop will provide participants with fun, new ideas for their dance lessons. These workshops will take place in the venues listed below, after school. Please come\u00a0dressed for activity! Refreshments provided on arrival and each participant will receive a Folk Dance\u00a0teaching resource and a confirmation of attendance.<\/div>\n
