This workshop at its essence will explore what it is to be a\u00a0learner. It will reconnect with the NQTs understanding of themselves as a learner as developed at ITE and emphasise the impact that the teacher has on students learning. A virtual class will be used by NQTs to help them to investigate the different learning styles students have and adapt their methodologies to meet these needs. Particular emphasis will be placed on the learning profile of students with SEN.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
