We are delighted to share with you information regarding our upcoming FREE ‘Beat the Exam Nerves – Breathwork for Teens’ to post primary school students which takes place on Tuesday the 19th of May @ 10.30am.
On the morning Helen Enright, ISPCC’s Shield Anti-Bullying Coordinator and qualified holistic therapist specialising in nervous system regulation and body-based approaches to wellbeing will focus on breathwork skills for teens.
This 30-minute session is designed to support exam students in managing stress and staying focused under pressure. It introduces simple, practical techniques to help regulate the body and calm the mind before and during exams.
Students will learn how stress shows up physically, why it can impact concentration and memory, and how to respond to it in a manageable way. The focus is on building awareness and providing students with a small number of effective tools they can confidently use in real-time, both in the lead-up to exams and while sitting them.
